About
From fixing computers to running the environment they live in
I began my technology journey through NTechFix, providing computer repair and IT support services. Over time, that hands-on work grew into something bigger: enterprise IT administration, cybersecurity, cloud management, automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Today I manage and support a large-scale environment — 150+ devices, a fully managed mobile fleet, cloud identity, endpoint security, and the day-to-day systems an organization depends on — while continuously exploring new technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities.
On paper, my title is IT Analyst. In practice, I own the platforms — Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, mobile, telecom — and the processes around them: documentation, onboarding, reporting, and the change management that makes new technology actually stick.
The original NTechFix site remains online as an archive of where this all started.
Projects
Deployment record
My latest, up-to-date initiatives from the environments I manage — device management, security, reporting, and automation.
SharePoint Migration & Modernization
Leading the organization-wide move from legacy shared drives to SharePoint — information architecture, permissions, training, and adoption tracking. 90% migrated and counting.
Intune Migration Initiative
Cloud-first device management strategy: moving 150+ endpoints from traditional imaging to Intune with Autopilot enrollment, compliance policies, and modern app deployment.
Fully Managed iOS Fleet
Led the switch to fully managed company iPhones through Intune — supervised enrollment, app deployment, security baselines, and complete lifecycle management.
Snipe-IT Asset Management
Stood up Snipe-IT from scratch — installation, configuration, asset import, and check-in/check-out workflows — giving the organization a real source of truth for hardware.
Zammad Executive Reporting
Python automation that pulls helpdesk data from the Zammad API and generates management-ready reports — ticket trends, workload, and performance — on a schedule.
Microsoft Defender Rollout
Organization-wide rollout of Defender for Endpoint: onboarding, attack surface reduction, alert triage workflow, and ongoing security posture reporting.
Endpoint Standardization
Standardized application deployment, configuration baselines, and naming across the device fleet — cutting setup time and eliminating configuration drift.
IT Documentation & Onboarding
Built the IT documentation library, onboarding workflows, SOPs, and future-admin reference guides — processes designed to outlive their author.
Library
Guides, scripts & field notes
A public portfolio of the documentation I write anyway — help guides, how-to articles, and PowerShell scripts drawn from real environments. First entries in progress.
Help Guides
Step-by-step admin guides for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and SharePoint.
PowerShell Scripts
Automation scripts and snippets — commented, tested, and ready to adapt.
Articles
Longer write-ups: migrations, security rollouts, AI in IT operations, and lessons learned.
Templates & SOPs
Deployment plans, onboarding workflows, and documentation templates built to outlive their author.
Python & Automation
API integrations and reporting pipelines beyond the shell.
Security Notes
Defender, conditional access, and defense that survives contact with users.
AI Lab
Experiments in progress
Not many IT admins document this publicly — here's what's running in the lab: local models, retrieval pipelines, and AI woven into real support workflows.
Running open-weight models — GPT-OSS, Qwen — on local hardware to evaluate what's genuinely viable for private, on-prem inference.
Private document workspaces with AnythingLLM: retrieval-augmented chat over internal documentation without data leaving the building.
AI document search across policies and procedures — turning a folder maze into a question you can just ask.
Prototyping AI support agents that triage requests and draft first-response answers for common helpdesk questions.
Chaining PowerShell, Python, and LLMs into scheduled workflows — reports that write themselves, alerts that explain themselves.
